ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking a Traveling Assistant Superintendent with 3–5 years of on-site supervisory experience. You will lead interior buildouts, framing, carpentry, and specialty installations, coordinating with self-perform crews and subcontractors to deliver quality projects.

Travel to various project sites is required, with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and problem-solving. Candidates must read plans, manage crews, and support project managers in delivering

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory on-site role on ground up or large-scale renovation projects
• Strong mathematical skills for measurements & calculations
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to travel as needed
• OSHA construction safety certification preferred
• Ability to read & interpret construction plans & blueprints
• Excellent teamwork & communication skills

Responsibilities

ARCO/Murray National Construction is currently seeking a highly motivated Traveling Assistant Superintendent with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. As an Assistant Superintendent ,you will lead site activities from start to finish. You will play a key role in executing interior buildouts, structural framing, finish carpentry, and specialty installations. You will be responsible for supervising self-perform crews, coordinating with subcontractors, and collaborating closely with project managers to deliver exceptional projects that reflect ARCO/Murray’s commitment to excellence.

A Day in the Life:

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of project tasks from start to completion

• Regional travel to projects to be on-site as needed

Necessary Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role on-site for ground up or large scale renovation projects in commercial or industrial construction
• Strong mathematical skills for measurements & calculations
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds & work in various weather conditions
• Ability to travel as needed
• OSHA construction safety certification preferred
• Ability to read & interpret construction plans & blueprints
• Excellent teamwork & communication skills.
