Job summary

Thompson Thrift in Newnan, GA is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join our construction team, coordinating with the Project Superintendent to ensure flawless execution of multifamily projects on site.

You will interpret plans, supervise field staff, enforce safety and quality standards, and uphold our culture of teamwork and accountability across the job site.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field. An equivalent level of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience: Bachelor's degree and 4 years of progressive experience in construction site management.
• Associate's degree and 6 years of progressive experience in construction site management.
• GED and 8 years of progressive experience in construction site management.
• Skills: Advanced knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost accounting.
• Attributes: Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills; Procore experience is a plus.
