Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude; use of testing and repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing home appliances preferred.
• Pass a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves).
• Delivers excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations.
• Provide value-added solutions to make homes cleaner, more comfortable and protected.
• Keep company truck well-maintained and organized; manage parts efficiently.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
