FilterPro USA is seeking a Filter Changer to join our team. The role focuses on replacing, cleaning, and maintaining filters to keep systems performing optimally. The position involves travel, with overnight stays sometimes required; per diem and room are provided when travel is necessary.

You will replace filters in diverse environments, keep detailed records, and follow safety guidelines. A vehicle, gas card, uniforms, and company phone are provided to support field work.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate careful attention to installation and maintenance of filters.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team and dispatch.
• Organized approach to scheduling and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Replace air filters across multiple sites, including schools, industries, and retail.
• Clean and inspect filters; replace as needed to maintain performance.
• Maintain accurate logs of changes and maintenance activities.
• Follow safety protocols during handling and servicing of equipment.
• Coordinate with dispatch to adhere to change schedules.
