Job summary

Clean Harbors in Mason and surrounding locations is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead the Abatement Team. The role involves planning and coordinating daily operations, ensuring safe work practices and timely documentation across multiple sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• Asbestos Certifications required.
• Experience supervising asbestos abatement crews.
• On-site project management experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% across the U.S.
• Must pass background check, drug test and physical.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the top priority and compliant with all policies.
• Read and verify work orders and ensure equipment is available and operational.
• Inspect equipment and work area before starting jobs.
• Lead and train Technicians in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Complete paperwork and submit to management.
• Coordinate air monitoring, decontamination, and final clearance testing.
• Manage, reconcile, and review job-related documentation.
