Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead the Abatement Team in the Pacific Northwest. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee daily crew operations, ensure safe work practices, and maintain accurate job documentation. Travel across the United States will be required for assignments.

The role reports to the Abatement Team lead and offers competitive hourly pay, comprehensive benefits after 30 days, and opportunities for growth within a safety‑driven company.

Qualifications

• Asbestos certification required and experience supervising crews.
• Environmental field service operations, construction, or similar industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 60–80% across the U.S.
• Readiness to lead and train technicians on safety and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety meetings and enforce HPC safety policies.
• Coordinate daily crew operations and available equipment.
• Inspect equipment and work area before jobs begin.
• Provide training to Technicians I and II.
• Prepare and submit service receipts and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and client requirements.
