Job summary

Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, is seeking a Travelift/bed crew member to support finishing operations and material handling. You will operate the Travelift, assist with bed duties, and ensure safe, efficient movement of concrete members throughout the finishing and storage areas.

Strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and adherence to quality processes. Training provided for equipment and procedures as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; related experience may be considered.
• Adherence to safety and quality rules to ensure a safe workplace and high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver Travelift to finishing area and to storage yard.
• Wait for helper to hook-up member.
• Wait for helper to position wooden blocks before stacking.
• Stack member without damage in the storage area.
• Keep finishing area clear; move completed members to storage daily.
• Perform pour-time duties such as dry finish or rework when Travelift is not in use.
• Complete daily maintenance checklist and report Travelift issues.
• Complete member storage location report and submit to scheduler daily.
• Move wire mesh and long rebar into production areas.
• Unload miscellaneous items from trucks (wire, rebar, forms).
• Rotate panels for sandblast into A-racks; lower and move to storage yard when done.
