Job summary

Comprehensive Care Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Perfusionist National Traveler to provide perfusion services across multiple states, with Florida as the main hub.

The role entails managing physiological functions during cardiac surgery and post-operative care, including ECMO and congenital heart defect cases. The candidate should have at least five years of perfusion experience, a Bachelor's or Master's degree, and ABCCP certification.

Qualifications

Job description

Comprehensive Care Services Inc. is recruiting for a full-time Perfusionist National Traveler to cover perfusion services in various states. Florida will be the main hub, however, the selected candidate will need to be flexible to travel to various hospital locations and various states.

Performs procedures relative to the physiological management of patients' circulatory and respiratory functions during and following cardiac surgery, under the direct supervision of the anesthesiologist and operating surgeon. Case load includes cardiopulmonary support for congenital heart defects to include heart transplants, and VAD's. We are searching for a self-motivated candidate that values team collaboration, professional development, and a diligent work ethic.

Requirements

The selected candidate will need to have at least five years of experience as a Perfusionist (travel experience a plus) as well as experience in ECMO services. Must have Bachelor's or Master's degree and be certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion. Must be willing to work flexible schedules as requested an demonstrate the well-developed interpersonal skills and communication skills necessary to interact in a professional manner with nursing staff, healthcare team members, patient and families.
