Job Summary
Xray Technologist in a Level I Trauma Department located in Nebraska. This role involves performing fluoroscopy, diagnostic X-rays, and portable X-ray procedures on inpatients and Emergency Department patients, along with C-Arm procedures in the operating room. The position demands proficiency in trauma imaging, portable X-rays, and fluoroscopy, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: ARRT (Registered Radiologic Technologist), AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), Nebraska license, minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting with trauma experience.
• Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, with at minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Skills and Minimum Years of Experience: Proficient in trauma, imaging, and portable X-rays; fluroscopy experience; C-Arm procedures; trauma Level I experience; operating in Emergency Department and Diagnostic Department settings.
• Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.: Radiology equipment including Rad rooms, portable X-ray units, C-Arms, R/F, IT equipment, McKesson PACS, Centricity RIS, EPIC Electronic Medical Record.
• Additional Information: Will begin with departmental on-the-job training and orientation. Candidate must be a self-starter with good team skills and ability to adapt to changing situations. Floating between Emergency Department and Diagnostic Department may be required.
• Submission Requirements: Willing to submit license; prepared for a 13‑week assignment with a 36‑hour call‑off policy and scheduled holiday work.
