Required: radiology certificate/diploma, ARRT certification, active BLS, state licensure if applicable, and about 1 year of clinical experience; travel experience preferred. Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, 13 weeks with a rotating weekend pattern.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma from an approved Radiology program.
• ARRT certification.
• State licensure by the applicable regulatory agency (if required).
• BLS certification.
• Clinical knowledge typically achieved with 1 year of experience.
• Effective communication and human relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures following departmental guidelines and policies.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and obtain informed consent.
• Prepare images for interpretation and maintain accurate documentation.
• May perform prescribed invasive or interventional procedures as required.
• Evaluate equipment quality control and troubleshoot as needed.
• Maintain a safe environment and adhere to safety policies; manage supplies and workflow.
