The position may involve performing prescribed invasive or interventional procedures, evaluating equipment quality control, troubleshooting, and maintaining a safe environment adhering to safety policies. Additionally, the role includes ensuring efficient workflow and managing supplies.
• Required Qualifications: Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited school of Radiology program, national certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, licensure by the state regulatory agency if applicable, BLS certification, clinical knowledge typically achieved with 1 year of experience, effective communication skills, and human relations skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional related education and/or experience.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, on a rotating schedule including Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, with a four-day weekend off every other week.
• Additional Information: Position requires physical agility, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, effective communication, and standard precautions due to exposure to blood and bodily fluids. Employees must possess a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of hire if working at the specified location.
