Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an X-Ray Technologist for an acute care hospital. The role requires 2+ years of radiology experience and a current BLS certification, with licensure if applicable. The technologist will perform diagnostic radiology, fluoroscopy, and OR imaging, using MEDITECH for charting and supporting rotating shifts.

The position includes day shifts 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, every other weekend, potential overtime, Monday orientations, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience required in radiology
• Current BLS certification required
• License required if applicable

Responsibilities

• Acute care hospital Radiology department
• 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with rotating day off
• Every other weekend with same shift hours
• Performs diagnostic radiology, fluoroscopy, and OR imaging
• Uses MEDITECH charting system
• May work varying days/evenings/overnights as needed
• Work holidays and possible overtime as staffing requires
• Orientation held every Monday
• 30-minute lunch break per shift
