Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification preferred or required depending on state.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for X-ray procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Operate and maintain X-ray equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Capture high-quality diagnostic images for physician review.
• Verify patient identity and review history prior to procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging logs.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams.
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Perform routine quality control checks on equipment.
• Follow all state and facility safety guidelines.
