Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required.
• Eighteen months of recent acute care Med/Surg or wound care experience.
• Client facility may have additional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care and post-operative nursing to adult patients.
• Complete physician-ordered treatments and documentation.
• Assess patient health status and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and manage care transitions.
• Maintain meticulous medication and treatment records to ensure continuity of care.
