Job summary

Pro Mechanical Services Co. is seeking Travel Welders for a contract position with a manufacturer in Canton, Ohio. You must live 100 miles outside of Canton, to qualify for travel pay and per diem. Welders must pass a box pressure test and fabricate according to prints. Candidates must have 5+ years of MIG experience, read blueprints, and be able to work overtime. The role includes setting up machines, cutting tools, forklifts, and overhead cranes.

• Pass a MIG pressure test.
• Must be able to read blueprints and a tape measure.
• Willingness to work overtime if needed.

Job description

Pro Mechanical Services Co. is seeking Travel Welders. This is a contract position with a manufacturer in Canton, Ohio. You must live 100 miles outside of Canton, Ohio to qualify for the travel pay rate and per diem. Welders must be able to pass a box pressure test and fabricate according to prints. Candidates must have 5+ years of proven on the job experience in this field. Pay is $35 an hour and $120 a day per diem.

• Shift: 3rd shift available.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday working 8 hours per day and some weekends.
