Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Vascular Sonographer for a 13-week assignment in the United States. RVT certification and at least 1 year of vascular ultrasound experience are required.

The role involves carotid, arterial, venous, and peripheral studies, with Doppler/color-flow imaging and Epic EMR charting. The position includes a 4x9 hour shift schedule (Tue–Fri, 07:00–16:30) and opportunities for housing allowances, travel, and licensure reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of vascular sonography experience
• RVT certification through ARDMS required
• BLS certification required (AHA preferred)
• License required if applicable
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions allowed

Responsibilities

• Vascular lab setting performing carotid, arterial, venous, and peripheral vascular ultrasound studies
• Uses Doppler and color-flow imaging to assess blood flow and detect vascular abnormalities
• 4x9 hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday, from 07:00 to 16:30
• Uses Epic EMR for charting
• Perform and oversee vascular ultrasound procedures to assess blood flow and detect vascular abnormalities
• Prepare and position patients for vascular ultrasound examinations
• Oversee maintenance and calibration of vascular ultrasound equipment to ensure accurate results
• Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to determine appropriate ultrasound protocols
• Local candidates accepted if residing within 60 miles of the facility, subject to a reduced rate
