Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Vascular Sonographer for a 13-week onsite contract in Winston-Salem, NC. The role requires vascular ultrasound expertise, RVT/RVS certification, and EPIC EMR proficiency.

Candidate will work day shifts, 8 hours per day, with weekend rotation and a travel-friendly environment. NC licensure is not required; on-site duties and patient care across vascular clinics are included.

• US Tech (Vascular): BLS; ARDMS RVT or CCI Registered Vascular Sonographer.
• Dedicated vascular ultrasound experience with RVT/RVS credentials.
• Epic EMR experience required.

Title: Vascular Sonographer

Location: Winston Salem North Carolina 27101

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: 8hr Day Shift - 32

Shift Information: Mon-Wed and Friday 0800-1700

Clinical Interviewing- No

On Call, Call Back Requirements: None

Weekend Rotation: Vascular US: 0800-1700 daily (rotate weekends)

Floating Requirements: Yes: High Point Outpatient only lab if needed: 306 Westwood Ave, High Point NC

About Facility:
Outpatient and Inpatient Vascular Clinic - all ages

Department Information:

• RVT/RVS: 8-12 daily
• Census: Average patients/day:

Minimum Years of Experience required: 2 years

Will you accept a first-time traveler: Yes

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:

• PVD, CAD, HF CVA, Venous insufficiency, renal/celiac/SMA stenosis, renal transplant, TOS

Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:

• US Tech (Vascular): BLS; ARDMS RVT Registered Vascular Technologist OR CCI ~ Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS)
• Is NC State Licensure required: No

Skills required:

• EPIC experience required
• Dedicated vascular ultrasound experience; Must be Registered Vascular Technologist or CCI ~ Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS)
• Carotid, Upper/Lower: Arterial, Venous, DVT/Reflux, Vein Mapping; Renal, Mesentric, AAA, Endograft, Aorta, Upper/Lower PVR/Segmental Pressures, Hemodialysis grafts, Iliac Veins. Arterial bypass grafts (fem-fem, fem-pop, loop grafts, etc)
• US Tech (Vascular):

Support within the Department:

• Department Leadership; Peers

Technology/Equipment:

• EMR: EPIC - must have experience
• VascuPro - reporting system
• Department specific Equipment: Philips Epic Elite, Parks PVR/Segmental Pressures machines

Floating: If yes, where:

• Yes: High Point Outpatient only lab if needed: 306 Westwood Ave, High Point NC
