Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer) for a 13-week travel assignment in Orange, CA. The Echo/Vascular role involves imaging vascular studies and cardiac ultrasounds, prepp ing patients, and coordinating with a clinical team.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.
• Minimum of one year of recent Ultrasound Technologist experience.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Valid Ultrasound license in compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate diagnostic imaging into care plans.
• Prepare and position patient for accurate imaging and ensure comfort and safety.
• Perform general and vascular ultrasound exams and assess image quality.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment to ensure safety and performance.
• Document patient data and imaging results in compliance with regulatory standards.
