Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer) for an Echo/Vascular assignment in Columbus, OH. The role requires one year of experience, ARDMS/ARRT/CCI credentials preferred, and BLS certification.

Travel position with 13-week duration, 40 hours/week, days shift, on-site in Columbus. You will perform vascular and echocardiography studies, prep patients, ensure image quality, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care across multiple

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Valid Ultrasound license in compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate diagnostic imaging into patient care plans.
• Prepare and position patient for accurate imaging and ensure comfort and safety.
• Perform ultrasound examinations of general and vascular studies.
• Evaluate images for clarity and accuracy.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment for safety and functionality.
• Apply technical expertise to perform sonographic procedures effectively.
• Work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
