Job summary
Modern Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Vascular Sonographer for a travel assignment in Waterloo, Iowa. The role involves performing diagnostic ultrasound across general, OB/GYN, and vascular services with strong patient interaction and adherence to high care standards.
Expect 5x8 shifts, weekends as needed, and potential call coverage. ARDMS AB mandatory; RVT/OB-GYN preferred. EPIC EMR proficiency required. Travel nature offers stipends and weekly pay through the agency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 24 months ultrasound/sonography experience.
- Experience in general abdomen imaging.
- Experience in non-high risk OB/GYN.
- Experience in vascular procedures.
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR.
- ARDMS AB certification required.
- ARDMS RVT and OB/GYN preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Current BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams across general, OB/GYN, and vascular areas.
- Interact with patients and maintain high standards of care.
- Work weekends and holidays as required.
- Assist with ABIs, Doppler studies, and vascular imaging exams.
- Document in EPIC EMR.
