Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a travel Vascular Sonographer for a 13-week assignment in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The role requires ARDMS ultrasound certification, 4+ years in vascular/ultrasound work, and a 36-hour work week with 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have ARDMS Ultrasound certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in vascular or ultrasound technologist role.
• Current BLS certification.
• RDCS, RVT, or RCS/ACS/RCCS through ARDMS/CCI required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive vascular ultrasound exams, including Doppler.
• Document preliminary findings and communicate acute results to care team.
• Review patient health history prior to imaging procedures.
• Prepare the procedure room and equipment for daily use and readiness between exams.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
• Contribute to staff training and ongoing education when needed.
