You will work hands-on installing and maintaining water and sewer utilities, with travel across Michigan and a focus on trenchless rehabilitation methods. This is a field-based role offering steady year-round work, union-scale pay starting at $31.66/hour (includes CDL premium) with benefits such as paid sick time.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL-A driver's license.
• Strong work ethic and team-first mindset.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.
• Overtime, weekend work, and varying weather conditions may be required.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening; participate in random drug testing; maintain driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of underground water and sewer utilities.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Install and remove water and sewer mains per plans and specs.
• Drive company vehicles to job sites per DOT requirements.
• Travel to project sites throughout Michigan as needed.
• Support cleaning, inspection, and rehabilitation crews.
