American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer to perform a range of urology-focused ultrasound procedures across multiple clinic locations.

Requirements

• Must be able to perform US retroperitoneal abdominal limited, transrectal echo, scrotal ultrasound, limited pelvis sonogram, and prostate biopsy with provider
• Active MA license required at time of consideration; no pending licenses accepted
• License required if applicable
• AHA certifications only
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed

Responsibilities

• Urology department setting covering two clinic locations, with 1 day at the Newburyport location and 2 days at the Salem location
• 13-week assignment with a schedule of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Uses Epic for charting
• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures in support of urology providers
• Local candidates considered if permanent residence is within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, at a reduced rate
• Parking at Boston locations is not validated; public transportation or paid public parking (approximately $17-$22 daily) may be required
• RTO must be noted at time of consideration
