American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist with 2+ years of experience to perform general, abdominal, OB/GYN, breast, and vascular ultrasound exams on a weekday day shift.

Responsibilities include diagnostic imaging, patient safety, and coordinating with physicians. The role is a 13–week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours and no on-call or weekend requirements, located in a Colorado facility.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years ultrasound experience
• Current BLS certification
• CME requirements maintained
• Ability to work independently performing full range of ultrasound exams

Responsabilidades

• Perform ultrasound exams: general, abdominal, OB/GYN, breast, vascular/ar arterial.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30/5:00 PM.
• No call, weekends, or holidays.
• 13-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours.
• Communicate diagnostic information to referring physicians and radiologists.
• Ensure patient safety and well-being within Imaging Department.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with service engineers when needed.
• Cross-train into other imaging modalities.
• Organize daily work schedule and handle patient scheduling.
• Maintain effective relationships with patients and healthcare team.
• Follow departmental procedures.
• Flu shot required; exemptions require physician documentation; masking during flu season.

• ARRT(R) certification required
• ARDMS certifications required in OB, NE, BR, and AB
• State license required if applicable, must be currently active
• Must maintain compliance with continuing medical education (CME) requirements
• Ability to work independently performing a full range of ultrasound exams
• Ability to perform general diagnostic radiology procedures

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic imaging department performing ultrasound general, abdominal, OB/GYN, breast, and vascular/arterial exams
• Monday through Friday day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM
• No call, no weekends, and no holidays required
• 13-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours
• Evaluate, synthesize, and communicate diagnostic information to referring physicians and radiologists
• Responsible for patient safety and well-being within the Imaging Department
• Troubleshoot ultrasound equipment and communicate with service engineers for repairs as needed
• Willingness to cross-train into other imaging modalities
• Organize daily work schedule and perform related clerical duties, including patient scheduling
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and the healthcare team
• Follow established departmental procedures
• Flu shot required, with medical exemptions considered with physician documentation
• Masking required at all times on hospital grounds during flu season if exempted from flu shot
