Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist with at least 2 years of specialty experience and RDMS and RVT certification. The role includes OB/GYN, vascular, and pediatric ultrasound studies using GE machines, with an evening 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift.

Travel-friendly position offering housing allowance, travel reimbursements, and benefits. Locals may be considered at the same bill rate, with strict RTO limits and post-assignment separation requirements for travelers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in the ultrasound specialty.
• Current BLS certification required.
• RDMS and RVT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs general, OB/GYN, vascular, and pediatric ultrasound studies.
• Uses GE ultrasound machines.
• Evening shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
• Locals accepted at the same bill rate.
• RTO limited to no more than 10 days, with no time off during first or last week of assignment.
• Former permanent staff must be separated from the facility for at least 12 months before returning as a traveler.
• Felony, misdemeanor (including DUI/DWI), or controlled substances violations will disqualify candidates.
