Role Responsibilities

Ultrasound technologists use sonography to visualize organs, joints, blood vessels, and more. As a travel ultrasound tech with Nomad, you'll be expected to:

• Provide age-specific, direct patient care according to unit policies and scope of service
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments based on condition and protocols
• Deliver individualized, non-judgmental, and non-discriminatory care to patients, families, and staff

Requirements

To qualify, you must:

• Hold an active ARDMS or equivalent certification
• Have at least one year of experience as a Diagnostic Medical Sonography (General) ultrasound tech, with recent experience within the past three years
• Graduate from an accredited program in your discipline
• Score 80% or higher on all Nomad Health competency assessments
