Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist with 3+ years of experience and ARDMS/ARRT Advanced Ultrasound certification for a hospital medical imaging department.

The role requires work in the Medical Imaging - Ultrasound department with a 40-hour variable schedule, weekend rotation, and on-call duties. Candidates must have ARDMS/ARRT Advanced Ultrasound certification, BLS, and licensure as applicable. Free parking and housing allowance noted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of ultrasound experience.
• ARDMS or ARRT Advanced Ultrasound Certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• License required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform General body, Extremities, Vascular, OB, and Peds ultrasound exams.
• Work in the Medical Imaging - Ultrasound department.
• 40 hour variable weekly schedule; weekend rotation.
• On-call rotation with limited hours (9am-3pm every couple of months).
• Potential floating assignments discussed during manager interview.
• Uses Phillips and GE ultrasound equipment.
