Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc.-Allied is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Lodi, California. The role will perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations and generate images to assist physicians in patient assessment.

This travel position offers 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts in healthcare facilities, and requires licensure or certification, CPR if applicable, and typically one year of ultrasound experience.

Qualifications

• Certification and/or state licensure required per state/contract.
• One year of ultrasound technician experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of ultrasound examinations and obtain images for diagnostic interpretation.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and safety procedures.
• Document procedures and maintain patient records.
