Description

American Traveler is hiring a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer for a night shift travel assignment requiring RDMS-AB, RVT certification and 2+ years of experience in general, vascular, and pediatric imaging.

Details

• Radiology Ultrasound department serving ED and in-patient populations
• General, vascular, and pediatric imaging
• Rotating night position with 9-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
• Shift hours from 11:00 PM to 8:30 AM
• Uses EPIC EMR
• 25-mile float policy between facilities as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer required
• RDMS-AB and RVT certification required
• License required if applicable
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Driver's License required for consideration
• 2 professional references required

Additional Information

• Provide sonography services to ED and in-patient populations
• Local candidates considered, though local bill rates apply within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility
• Local travelers are not eligible for renewals or extensions
• RTO should be kept to a minimum, with 3-4 days considered reasonable for a 13-week contract
