Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a travel assignment in Odessa, Texas. The contract runs 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, typically 10-hour day shifts in a hospital setting.

Qualified candidates hold ARDMS certification, an associated or bachelor’s degree with sciences coursework, and AHA BLS. Two years of relevant experience is preferred to ensure high-quality imaging and patient care.

Qualifications

• Active ARDMS certification.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree with coursework in sciences and anatomy.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound imaging equipment and ensure image quality for diagnosis.
• Identify normal/abnormal findings and communicate results to physicians.
• Prepare patients for procedures and explain steps of ultrasound exams.
• Review medical history and document findings in patient records.
