Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Travel Ultrasound Technologist (Gen/Vascular) for a 13-week assignment in Fortuna, CA. 40 hours/week, dayshift, travel position. Start date 11/30/2026. Requires accreditation in ultrasound tech, 1 year experience, BLS, and a valid state license.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Valid Ultrasound license in compliance with state regulations.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate understanding of anatomy and medical terminology.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate diagnostic imaging into care plans.
• Prepare and position patient for accurate imaging and comfort.
• Perform sonography examinations of general and vascular studies.
• Evaluate images for clarity and accuracy.
• Calibrate and maintain ultrasound equipment for safety and function.
• Apply technical expertise and critical thinking to procedures.
• Work in fast-paced environments maintaining professionalism.
• Maintain patient records per regulations.
