Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for an assignment in Plainview, Texas. The role involves performing ultrasound procedures, coordinating with Radiologists, and ensuring high-quality images for interpretation. This 13-week travel position offers 40 hours per week and day shifts.

Candidates must have 1 year of experience, BLS, ARDMS (RDMS RVT) certification, with state licensing as required. McKesson PACS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families about ultrasound procedures.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and capture high-quality images.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist radiologists with procedures.
• Identify abnormalities and report to medical staff.
• Maintain equipment and records; ensure proper functionality.
• Use McKesson PACS system for image management.
