Job summary

Benedictine invites an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our float team, traveling between facilities to deliver high-quality care to residents and collaborate with our dedicated Associates. You will partner with us to uphold our compassion-driven culture and core values as we serve seniors across the upper Midwest.

This RN float role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and the flexibility to travel within the Benedictine region.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing.
• Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
