Critical Connections, Inc. (CCI) is seeking a Manager of Recruitment who functions as a player-coach, leading a remote travel therapy recruiting team while maintaining personal production.

The role demands strategic staffing, daily coaching, and a track record of meeting booking and TOA targets. You will source and book clinicians, develop pipelines across disciplines, and partner with the SVP Travel Division, Account Management, and Credentialing/Operations to align recruiting with client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of healthcare staffing recruitment experience.
• 3+ years leading high-producing travel recruiting teams.
• Able to travel quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a personal recruiting desk and achieve individual booking, NWB, and TOA goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of travel therapy recruiters to achieve production goals.
• Drive pipelines and clinician acquisition across therapy disciplines and priority markets.
• Ensure Salesforce/TargetRecruit usage and data integrity.
• Monitor funnel performance and optimize submissions to starts.
