Aya Healthcare is seeking a Therapy Recruiter in San Diego to lead full-cycle recruitment for traveling physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. You will build relationships with candidates, qualify opportunities, and drive exceptional service.

The Therapy Recruiter will specialize in cultivating relationships with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists interested in travel career opportunities. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $60,000 starting annually, plus commissions.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
