Position Details

Responsible for providing physical therapy services including assessment, treatment, program planning, documentation, and communication, under physician orders. Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and Therapy Techs.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of employment
• Current BLS certification from an approved vendor
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel via air and ground transportation
• Minimum one year of PT experience
