Shift Availability and Duration

8-hour day and night shifts available, with durations of 8 or 13 weeks.

Position Summary

Responsible for providing and directing physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment, program planning, documentation, and communication, under a physician's order.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides/Therapy Techs.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel via air and ground transportation
• At least 1 year of experience as a PT
