Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Telemetry Travel Registered Nurse to join our team in the San Diego area. The SN II will provide expert nursing care, perform assessments, and collaborate with physicians and staff in a fast-paced telemetry setting.

Requirements include a California RN license, at least 6 months of RN experience, and Epic experience. Floating between SD facilities (SDMC/Zion/San Marcos) is expected, with two-week scheduling in advance and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in California.
• Demonstrated ability to float between facilities and units as needed.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with telemetry units is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to a group of patients as assigned.
• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with health care team.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
