Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Phoenix, AZ. The RN will provide comprehensive cardiac monitoring and care in a telemetry unit, with a supportive clinical team and travel benefits.

The role requires one year of Telemetry experience, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications; PCCN and NIHSS are preferred. Start date is 9/14/2026 and pay ranges weekly from $1,684 to $1,792 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of Telemetry RN experience
• Current RN license in state regulations
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
• Current ACLS Certification

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and telemetry data; respond to abnormalities
• Administer prescribed cardiac medications and treatments
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians in cardiac procedures
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and monitoring
• Document assessments and nursing history in chart
• Educate patients on cardiac health and risk factors
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care
