Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Phoenix, AZ. The Telemetry RN will provide comprehensive cardiac monitoring, medication administration, and patient education in a telemetry unit. This role offers a competitive weekly pay and benefits, with support from a dedicated clinical team.

Requirements include 1 year Telemetry experience, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications. Preferred PCCN/NIHSS certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Telemetry RN experience.
• Current RN license in good standing in state of practice.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• Current ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and telemetry data; respond to abnormalities.
• Administer prescribed medications and cardiac treatments.
• Assist physician during cardiac procedures and exams.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort in telemetry unit.
• Document nursing assessments and care plans.
• Educate patients on cardiac health and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient-centered care.
