Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry Travel Nurse to join a 14-week assignment in Lexington, KY. The role requires 1–2 years of acute care RN experience and a valid BLS certification. You will work 12-hour nights, provide bedside care, monitor telemetry equipment, and respond to abnormal readings while coordinating with the care team.

This travel position offers weekly pay and guaranteed hours. Posted details note a 36-hour workweek with tax-free stipends to be determined and start on 10/12/2026.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' acute care experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• Travel RN with valid licensure preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust telemetry equipment and interpret displays.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
• Initiate corrective action based on monitoring data.
