Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry Travel Nurse in Peoria, IL for a 15-week assignment with 36 hours per week. The role requires 1–2 years of acute care experience, BLS/ACLS, and operates on 12-hour night shifts. Start ASAP with travel employment status.

The Telemetry RN will monitor patients using telemetry equipment, interpret data, and promptly communicate any abnormal findings to the care team. Safety and accuracy are essential in all tasks performed.

Qualifications

• RN license required (Illinois).
• 1-2 years acute care experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certified.
• Travel assignment availability ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data and device readings.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
• Initiate corrective actions based on monitoring data.
