Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry Travel Nurse in Pleasanton, California for a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week and a night shift. The RN will provide bedside care and monitor telemetry equipment, interpreting data to support patient care in acute settings.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of recent acute care experience, active RN license, ACLS and BLS certifications. This travel role offers weekly pay, guaranteed hours, and a comprehensive benefits package via TotalMed RN.

Qualifications

• Telemetry RN with 1–2 years of acute care experience.
• Requires active RN license and ACLS/BLS certifications.
• Travel assignment in Pleasanton, CA with 13-week duration.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside telemetry care and monitor HR, BP, and O2 data.
• Interpret data and document nursing assessments.
• Identify abnormal telemetry readings and escalate to team.
• Respond to alarms and initiate corrective actions.
