Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel assignment in Phoenix, Arizona.

Position details: 13-week contract, 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts, and all shifts required including weekends. Valid RN license, BLS, 2+ years acute care or telemetry experience, and Cerner charting proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license and BLS certification.
• Minimum two years of acute care or telemetry experience.
• Proficiency with Cerner electronic charting system.
• Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam (two attempts).
• Own transportation and unit orientation (2 shifts) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage telemetry patients, including post-operative transplant and orthopedic cases.
• Maintain patient safety and clinical excellence during night shifts.
