Job summary

TotalMed RN in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Telemetry RN for a travel assignment in Med Surg / Telemetry. This 13-week role offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts, and carries travel benefits through TotalMed RN.

Applicants should have 1-2 years of acute care experience and current ACLS and BLS certifications. The Telemetry RN will monitor heart rate, blood pressure, and other vitals, interpret data, and respond to changes as part of a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of acute care experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Additional certifications may be required before starting an assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust specialized telemetry equipment and record displays.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
• Initiate corrective action when monitoring shows adverse symptoms.
