Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Tyler, Texas. This position requires night shifts, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week in a hospital telemetry unit.

You will monitor adult patients, interpret dysrhythmias, administer medications, and collaborate with respiratory, physical therapy, and pharmacy teams. Valid RN license (state or compact) and BLS/NIHSS required; travel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• NIHSS certification required.
• 2 years nursing experience preferred, telemetry experience preferred.
• Valid RN license in state or compact license at submission time.

Responsibilities

• Manage cardiac telemetry, arterial line, and vascular access devices.
• Perform patient assessments and interpret dysrhythmias.
• Manage medication protocols including vasoactive drips.
• Care for adults with a daily census of ~36 patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (respiratory, physical therapy, pharmacy).
