Job summary

Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Freeport, IL. The role focuses on cardiac care, patient monitoring, and coordinated care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The position requires 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM), a valid RN license, and drip experience. Travel benefits include housing options, health insurance, and 24/7 support for the duration of the assignment.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required.
• Phlebotomy certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of cath lab post-recovery and stroke care experience preferred; drip experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry and titrate medications (Cardizem, Amio, Dopamine, Heparin).
• Respond to acute patient needs and sign off on telemetry strips.
• Floating to ICU, Medical-Surgical, or ER as needed; two 12-hour shifts orientation.
