Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry RN for a travel assignment in Marion, Illinois. This travel position is 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts, starting 09/28/2026 for 13 weeks. Valid ACLS/BLS and NIH certifications plus 1-2 years acute care experience are preferred.

As a Telemetry RN, you will monitor vital signs, interpret ECG data, and respond to telemetry alarms while providing dedicated bedside care. The role includes tax-free stipends and travel benefits through TotalMed RN.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• NIH standardized certification required.
• 2 years acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and alarms.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify medical team.
• Initiate corrective action based on monitoring data.
• Assist with patient transfers and mobility as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during night shifts.
