Job summary

Trusted Health in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced travel nurse for a 13-week assignment with a night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Applicants must have a Texas license or compact license and 2 years of nursing experience with telemetry background.

Expect floating to other med/surg telemetry units and the ED as needed. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS are required; travel only, local not allowed. Auto-offer format applies.

Qualifications

2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
12 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.
3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.
9 months of acute care experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.
BSN completion preferred.

Responsibilities

Telemetry monitoring and wound care are typical procedures.
Floating to additional units and locations as needed.
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; Night shift.
Shift & Scheduling: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule for full time; no call required.
