Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry RN for a travel assignment in Livingston, Texas. The role is Med Surg/Telemetry with 12-hour day shifts and 36 hours per week for a 13-week assignment, starting 11/02/2026.

Immediate travel RN opening requires 1–2 years of acute care experience and ACLS/BLS certifications. As a Tele RN, you will monitor telemetry data, interpret ECG readings, and coordinate with the medical team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of acute care experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Telemetry/Med Surg RN in a travel role.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor telemetry equipment and interpret displays.
• Identify abnormal telemetry readings and notify medical team.
• Initiate corrective actions based on monitoring data.
